Goodman Property Services - Redbank Motorway Estate

The Redbank Motorway Estate is one of Brisbane's newest logistics and manufacturing developments covering over 100 hectares of land in Redbank, located approximately 20 km southwest of the Brisbane CBD. Epic was engaged by Goodman to provide contaminated land services in mid-2019 and has continued the strong working relationship throughout the project, working on various stages of the development by undertaking soil investigations and providing ad-hoc environmental advice to ensure the development was not delayed.

Acting as the Suitably Qualified Person, Epic has worked closely with Goodman and Ipswich City Council in undertaking detailed site investigations, construction management support, remediation and validation works, and contaminated land investigation documents to ensure the site is suitable for its commercial/ industrial development and the land which Goodman were obliged to relinquish to the Council under the development approval is suitable.
