Epic was engaged by Goodman Property Services to undertake a Due Diligence Environmental Site Assessment to provide an indication of the potential soil, groundwater and vapour contamination risk present at the site for ongoing commercial/ industrial land use, as well as potential future high-density residential development.

As part of the works, Epic completed 19 soil borehole locations, installation of 5 groundwater monitoring wells, installation of sub-slab vapour pins, and the completion of indoor air sampling to assess the potential pathways identified in the soil and groundwater below the site.

Based on the findings of the investigation works, Epic is in the process of providing ongoing environmental support to Goodman to manage the identified contamination and to provide technical support for future investigative works and management of any proposed remediation activities required to be completed at the site.
