ABOUT THIS EPIC OPPORTUNITY
The Project Environmental Scientist will work closely with our experienced Team Leaders and Principal Environmental Scientists. You’ll pay a key role in delivering projects across environmental approvals, construction environmental management and compliance monitoring.
You’ll contribute to a diverse range of projects by:
Preparing high-quality reports, correspondence, and environmental assessments
Undertaking environmental research, data analysis, and fieldwork
Applying your understanding of NSW and Commonwealth environmental legislation to support practical and compliant project outcomes
This role offers exposure to high-profile projects and the opportunity to grow your technical and leadership skills within a supportive, people-focused consultancy.
WHAT MAKES YOU EPIC
To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
4+ years’ experience in a similar role
Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Planning/ Environmental Management/ Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering
Demonstrated experience in statutory and environmental planning, environmental management, compliance monitoring, and impact assessment
Strong working knowledge of NSW environmental legislation
Experience in the construction, resources and mining sectors highly regarded
