Our fast-growing Adelaide team is on the lookout for an Associate or Principal Environmental Scientist/Engineer, to join us at Epic
Whether your passion lies in technical leadership, project delivery, remediation strategy, or team mentorship, this position is designed to evolve with you.
We’re tackling some of the most complex and challenging contaminated land problems in the country – and we need sharp minds who can think outside the box, challenge the norm, and deliver practical, real-world solutions that make a difference.
What You’ll Work On
Urban renewal and large-scale remediation projects that reshape precincts and cities
Large-scale infrastructure builds – working hand-in-hand with contractors and engineers to make things happen
Property due dilligance – due diligence and transaction support across commercial and industrial portfolios
Technical advisory and expert witness work
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, influence decision-makers, and drive innovation every step of the way
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a well-rounded senior professional with solid technical experience and strong leadership instincts. Specifically, you’ll bring:
Tertiary qualifications from a recognised institution in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
10+ years’ experience in environmental consulting, ideally within the Australian market
Demonstrated success in preparing winning proposals – from smaller site assessments to large-scale, high-impact projects
Natural leadership qualities and a passion for training and mentoring junior team members
